Enough is enough!

I have decided to dedicate the next month of my life to losing the weight I have put on over Winter. Why do I do this to myself every year? I never remember the food tasting good enough to justify the weight I have gained. Pity I didn't consider that as I was stuffing myself with chocolate over Winter. As the weather gets warmer I find myself realising that I have to start wearing less clothing and exposing more of my 'not-so-toned' body.
So my plan is to let some things go. I need to give myself more time to exercise. I am looking at this as though it were a job and my focus every day is to be active. So, for the next month I am not going to let anything get in the way of me exercising every day until the weight is gone. The reason I am telling you this is so that I am accountable. Also, if you happen to visit me and find my house in a shambles; please realise that it is because I would rather the house a wreck than my body! I miss feeling fit and healthy and in control, so I am going to get serious and feel happy. I'll keep you posted.

Oh for some of your willpower when it comes to exercise! I have even less when it comes to chocolate.

Mine is now officially mid-aged spread. My kids now skit me the way Lesley and I used to skit Mum. Serves me right.

Good luck - I know you have great willpower. I'll be sweating along with you (but only 3 days a week, I'm not that dedicated).

I'm disappointed because I've just missed the whole summer, which is my favourite time to get up and run. I just haven't had a strong enough desire to scrape myself out of bed at 5:30 or 6:00 when I've been up in the night with Sam.

What have I been trying to teach you all along. LIESA MUST PUT LEISA FIRST. The word is NO!!! ha ha. Leisa I think you are looking good anyway and never once thought you had put on any weight either but since you want it so bad I am here to say WAY TO GO TOO!!

Good for you! I am so with you--exercise is top priority around here too--thus the shambles of my housework! too bad for me I have 40-50 lbs of baby weight to lose--yikes! So keep on it and keep us posted and check my blog for skinnier pictures to come ;)

Yes, my kids now "fluff" my stomach like a pillow before lying on my lap. Nice.

I actually think you still look great - but good luck reaching your goal, if anyone can do it, you can.
