Well, for those of you who don't know, our house sale at Emu Plains fell through. The people buying our house pulled out and forfeited their holding deposit because the sale of their house fell through. Annoying! Even more so because Emma and Josh had found a new place to rent, so now our house is empty. We don't know if it is worth putting new tenants in for a short term lease as we really hope to sell it quickly.
If we spend a bit on the place and do a bit of work to it I am sure it will have more people interested. Looks like I will have to spend the school holidays painting after all!
